Day 1 | All You Have is All You Need

Today marks Day 1 of 25 Days of Creativity.

I am in awe that another year has come and that this challenge continues. 25 Days of Creativity is one of the reasons Pen of the Beloved is what it is now, a dwelling place for creativity. A place for you to learn, grow, and discover.

When I wrote the prompt and challenge for today, I wanted to capture a sense of stillness and draw you into a moment of peace. For me, the statement “all you have is all you need” is the very phrase I’ve needed to pull through moments wrought with tension, creative blocks, and many more like it.

When it comes to creating, many times we fear that we aren’t enough, and our ability to create needs to be more than what it is. However, we have exactly what we need to take the leap into wonder and creation that we have yet to experience.
